I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Commissions are strictly for personal use. If you plan on incorporating the art with physical or digital merchandise, there will be an additional charge worth 100% of the purchase price.

I reserve the right to publish the finished commission on any media platform, monetized or unmonetized, for promotional/portfolio purposes.

You may not claim or take credit for the creation of the commission.

Credit linking to either my Etsy shop or social media is necessary where it is used (i.e., Twitch panels or posts on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

The standard VTuber logo includes 2 assets/icons. There will be a $4 charge for each additional asset.

After the concept is finalized, you get 2 free revisions. There will be an additional charge based on the level of revision, starting from $2.

Turnaround time depends on my current queue and commissions may take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to complete. Rush orders will be available for an additional charge that will be based on how urgent the commission is.

The commission won't move beyond the concept sketch phase until the client pays for their commission(s) in FULL. However, you may secure your spot in the queue with payment worth 50% of your commission(s).
